Inside the Video-Teletrac Navman–Road Haulage-Part 3
We were recently commissioned by the newly re-branded Teletrac Navman (former companies Teletrac and Navman Wireless combined) to produce a series of videos highlighting the benefits of their vehicle tracking software. We were told to focus on how Teletrac Navman can help businesses, not only save money, but become safer.
This video (part two of three) focuses on Road Haulage and is presented by Telematics experts Oliver Falconer and Adam Lamont. Watch as they discuss how fuel savings and three-pronged strategies (for driver behaviour) help to make road haulage businesses become more successful and cost-effective.
We filmed this series of videos at Teletrac Navman’s offices in Newcastle-under-Lyme. We also invested in a teleprompter unit specifically for this project to help keep our telematics experts stay on message during the six hours of shooting, as well as making use of time more efficiently for both companies.
This topic in particular (road haulage) was a significant chunk of the script we had prepared beforehand, and thus was split into three separate parts during the post-production process, this video being part three.
One of the main reasons for doing so was to keep these videos at around the one minute mark, as the plan for these videos is to be used in an e-mail campaign for Teletrac Navman to send out to their potential clients, thus requiring them to be viewable in bite size segments and not 2-3 minute pieces.
